Chicken-bacon roll ups.

I use chicken breast but you can use boneless, skinless thighs too.
trim the chicken breast and pound with a meat mallet.
Mix a package of cream cheese and some chopped garlic ,about 1 tablespoon. You can also use garlic powder if you would rather.
put about a tablespoon or a little more of the cream cheese mixture onto the flattened breast. Roll up starting at the smaller end.
wrap raw bacon around the breast. I use 2 pieces to cover the middle. Then wrap a piece from one open end to the other . When this cooks the bacon shrinks and you have a nice tight package.
Cook at least at 375* maybe a little higher at the end so you can crisp up the bacon. You don't want to dry out the chicken though. After aprox 30 minutes it should be done. Every ones oven is different so it might vary a little. Almost everyone who has had these loves them!
