We went out to eat last week at a friends new restaurant in Laconia and we had a version of this sandwich. We loved it there, but we LOVE ours more!
1 pound of black pastrami
dark pumpernickel bread
blue cheese.
This will make about 6 sandwiches.
Toast the bread ,pile on the pastrami and top with blue cheese. Put in microwave ,30 seconds,until cheese is melted and serve! Yummy with no ADDED fat.

Uh yah, I don't think you could add any more fat to a sandwhich piled with pastrami and blue cheese, hello!
Well, miss smarty pants, most places use greasy pastrami, we use BLACK pastrami which is NO fatty veins, and they grill them with butter like a grilled cheese sandwich and we do ours in the toaster and microwave. So there!
