2 Tablespoons yeast
2 cups warm water (baby bottle warm)
1/3 cup sugar
4 cups flour
2 tsp salt
dissolve the yeast in water with sugar..let sit about 5 min or until the yeast bubbles up
Mix in flour and salt until it is smooth
split the dough in half (it will make 2 pizzas)
roll dough out on floured surface ,put on pizza pan & poke with a fork
Add sauce and toppings of your choice

Pizza sauce (Melissa Ackers)
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 6 ounce can of tomato sauce
1 garlic clove minced
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
shake or two of salt
combine all ingredients

Peanut butter and Jelly bars
1/2 pound of butter at room temperature
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 large eggs or extra large
2 cups creamy peanut butter (like skippy)
3 cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups of jam (raspberry or strawberry)
2/3 cups chopped peanuts

Grease 9x13 inch pan 350* for 45 minutes
Cream together the butter and and sugar until lemony looking
Add vanilla,eggs,peanut butter and beat
mix dry ingredents and add.
Spread 2/3 of mixture in bottom of greased pan
Spread the jelly on top
Drop blobs of the rest of the dough on top(it will spread a little bit)
Add the chopped peanuts and bake.

lemony salad dressing.
½ cup tahini
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 garlic cloves minced,use less garlic for mild flavor
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
½ teaspoon basil, dried
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
Thin with water and refrigerate. It will thicken a little ,shake.

Pineapple pancakes
This is so simple and good!
1 can of crushed pineapple (juice and all)
pancake mix/however much your using
milk
Take your pancake mix and add the pineapple then thin out to however you like with the milk and cook
